Submitting an appointment request through the Tier One Plus website does not guarantee that the appointment has been confirmed.

A Tier One Plus team member will review the request and contact the customer to confirm availability, appointment details, service requirements, and final pricing.

Prices displayed on the website may be estimates, starting prices, or service fees.

Actual pricing may vary based on vehicle year, make, model, condition, parts required, tire selection, labor requirements, oil capacity, service location, and other factors.

Any estimated amount shown on the website is NOT a guaranteed final price.

The final price will be confirmed by a Tier One Plus team member before service is performed.

A travel fee of $1.50 per mile applies to scheduled appointments. Mileage is the driving distance from our dispatch location to your service address. The travel fee is included in estimates.

Customers who voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Tier One Plus LLC may receive service-related text messages concerning appointments, service requests, estimates, confirmations, scheduling, and service updates.
